Privacy Policy of the feyenally.com service

1. General information
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of users of the feyenally.com website (hereinafter: "Service").

2. Scope of processed data
The Administrator processes personal data only to the minimum extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and handling correspondence.

a) Technical data
During the use of the Service, technical data may be processed, such as:

  • IP address
  • data stored in server logs
  • session data and technical information related to connection handling
    These data are processed automatically and are not used to identify users.

b) Email contact
The Service does not have contact forms or registration systems.
The "Contact" tab redirects the user to an external email application installed on the user's device.
The Administrator receives personal data (e.g., email address, message content) only at the moment the email is sent by the user.


3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Service
  • handling email correspondence and providing responses to inquiries
  • possibly taking actions aimed at concluding an agreement or cooperation

4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator (maintaining the Service, security, communication)
  • Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR – in the case where correspondence concerns taking actions before concluding a contract or performing a contract

5. Cookies
The Service uses only necessary cookies, which are required for its proper functioning.
Cookies:

  • are not used for marketing or analytical purposes
  • are not used for profiling users
  • do not require user consent
    The user can manage cookies independently through the settings of their web browser.

6. Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred only to entities supporting the Administrator in operating the Service, such as:

  • hosting service provider
  • IT infrastructure or email provider 
    Data are not transferred to other entities or used for marketing purposes.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU
Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.


8. Data retention period

  • technical data are stored for the time necessary to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Service
  • data contained in email correspondence are stored for the duration of contact, and after its end for the period required by law or until any claims become time-barred

9. User rights
The user has the following rights:

  • the right to access personal data
  • the right to rectify them
  • the right to delete data
  • the right to restrict processing
  • the right to object to processing
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

10. Voluntariness of data provision
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them may prevent establishing contact with the Administrator.


11. Automated decision-making
Personal data are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
